Returns for UK Orders
At Made of Water, we strive to make the returns process as smooth and efficient as possible, ensuring your shopping experience is enjoyable from start to finish.
If you’d like to return an item, simply follow our hassle-free checklist:
Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and inform us about your intention to return the item.
We gladly offer exchanges or refunds for items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unworn and still have their tags intact.
For your peace of mind, we recommend returning the item with a tracking service. Please note that the buyer assumes responsibility if the item is lost during transit.
Ensure that your return package includes the following details: information about the original order, a contact number, and, if you wish to exchange the item, a return address.
If you opt for a refund, we will process it through your original payment method. Kindly allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on any discounted items. This includes any and all marked-down sale items.

All orders will be shipped with delivery duties unpaid.
The buyer is responsible for any extra fees, local sales taxes and customs duties on the order.
You may need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you, or promptly after your order has arrived.
The costs will vary by country and we are unable to advise on the amount.
We cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
Items refused by the customer and returned to us will not be eligible for a refund.
All European and International sales are final.
Late, Missing or Lost -
Our UK mainland orders are shipped using the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service. Usually this takes 1-2 days for 1st Class or 2-3 days for 2nd Class to arrive, but in some cases, during extremely busy periods, like Christmas and Sale Events, there may be possible delays to delivery.
For missing & lost parcels or if the tracking hasn’t been updated, we will raise an investigation with Royal Mail. As Royal Mail only accepts claims from 10 days after the expected delivery date, we are only able to raise one after this time has passed.
We therefore have a standard grace period of 3 weeks before we are able to refund or replace your order. This allows us time to launch an investigation with Royal Mail and for them to find your missing order.
If you believe your order may be missing or lost, please contact us and we will start a claim to get this resolved for you.
