Ordering
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
A product is unavailable
Payment cannot be authorised
A pricing or product description error has occurred
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizing information and images are accurate.
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s integrated payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal where available.
Made of Water does not collect or store your full payment card details.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their destination country.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund.
Returns & Refunds

In summary:
UK returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
International returns are accepted within 14 days.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@madeofwater.co.uk.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
